The Bob Haircut in the 1920's

In my research for my novel, Independence, I came across this article on hairstyles in the 1920's.

Women started cutting their long locks off when the "Bob" haircut became popular. This trend was so in vogue that hair pins were named 'bobby pins'. This link has plenty of pictures as well. I thought it was a fascinating read.
